Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

• European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland: [8–15] business days
• Rest of the world: [10–20] business days

Our products ship from our logistics partners’ warehouses, located in Europe or Asia depending on the item. Delivery times may be longer for certain products. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Duties and taxes
For deliveries to the EU, VAT is included in the displayed price. Outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply; these are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived 30 days after shipping, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We’ll offer a reshipment or a refund.

Incorrect address
Please check your address before placing your order. We can’t be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
